There are few simple pleasures we here at viv&ingrid enjoy more than that of a good film. There is something so deeply satisfying for us about the movie theater experience, something that goes deeper than our immense love of Junior Mints and a good oversized pretzel {hold the mustard}. Perhaps it is the hush that falls over the room once the opening credits begin and the house lights dim, or the collective reaction of the audience to important moments in the film, but we’re forever in love with the idea of spending a friday night at the movies.

At any rate, we digress. Yes, it is true that we love the movies, and as of today we have one more reason to love them even more. Jennifer Westfeldt’s new film, Friends with Kids, debuts today and is chock full of some viv&ingrid goodness. More than a year ago we were thrilled when we were asked to lend some pieces for the film, but admittedly had not given it more than a passing thought until we saw the trailer make its first appearances online a few months ago. First, we saw the always funny Kristen Wiig doing more than her fair share of justice to our Gold Feather Double Hoops. Then, we see writer/director/co-star Jennifer Westfeldt dazzle in our Purple Jade Belle Earrings and Gold Bijoux Necklace. And the cameos just kept on coming!
